Dear sir/madam,
I (Lakhan Singh) am having a salary a/c in Centurion Bank since 2001.I was granted a two wheeler loan from my Head quarter and a cheque no-585215 dated 24 Sep2008 of Rs 30,000.00 was deposited in my a/c but not credited in my acount whereas the amount was debited from payee bank vide RBI Mumbai DR.scroll No13410/010 on 1-10-2008.On enquring the these details the bank accepted it mistake and the amount was credited to my a/c on 23-04-2009 without any interest and compensation.As I am paying the interest @ 18% from 01 Oct 08.

I am a defence employee and presently posted in Visakhapatnam.I approached district consumer forum,Visakhapatnam.But the case not accepted by saying that the account home branch is Mumbai and hence it does not comes under Visakhapatnam Judiciary.

In view of the above it is requested that my case may be taken up as I am unable to visit Mumbai.I have all the evidence/proofs of correspondence taken place since Oct 2008.
