Sir I m the acct holder of the abovesaid branch. This is regarding the misbehaviour of the staff, I have gone this bank to get my passbook updated. One of the staff memberr threw my passbook today. He has challengend me that go and complained against me. I visited the main branch also but of no use. Secondly one of my F.D. got got matured on 15.10.2010, for which I wanted my money to be credited to my a/c this has not been done till date on the pretext that the concerned person is on leave & u will not get ur money as long as he is on leave.
