I deepak, on behalf of Mr.ShivaKumar would like to seek your guidance regarding bank transaction with ' The Central Bank of India' hessarghatta village, Bangalore.

Shivakumar is my colleague & is an unread farmer.His bank passbook has been interchanged with that of another A/c holdee with the same name .Photographs have also been interchanged.

My colleague has been consistently depositing money into his A/c from 2008. There was an amount of Rs-21500/- . This has been steadily withdrawn by the person with the same name.

This is entirely an error on the Bank's side. On inquiry, shiva kumar was asked to report to the regional manager.

My colleague is going through immense trauma & hence i request your to guide us in the further course of action.
