I am Kota Sarita Saradhi, based in Hyderabad, AP. I used a credit card from ICICI Bank which i settled in July 2009, but when i applied for a consumer loan I came to know that i am listed in CIBIL as a defaulter due to which none of my loans are getting approved.

I have used many consumer loans before and also have a LICHousin loan which i have been paying promptly.

Please advise, how i can solve this issue. The customer care numbers did not provide any help or concrete answer for the query
