Dear Sir,
i have credit card of citibank card No.5189369186758000 they have settle the card account at 12/5/2010 for Rs.1,35,000/- with EMI Rs.4161/- 33 for installment @ 2% per year letter ref. No. RW100512T401201759 THEY HAVE COLLECTED CEQUE SLIP nO.262542 AND 184275 AND AUTHORISATION LETTER TOO. Now after 3 month they have suddenly called me(not in written oly by tele call) and informing me that they will not obey this settlement agreement and they have charge me very high penalty on this without any reason .they have still holding my cheque .they have not present it in my bank.
sir now they are sending their representative every day at my home when i am at job they are harassing me mentally .
Sir, i will request you to look at this matter and do the needful.
