I'm holding a Citibank salary account for last 2 years. On 29th of nov 2010 I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs. 7000/- from my citibank account at ICICI ATM in Dombivali East. The transaction got rejected and I got the same message on ATM screen. I could not withdraw the cash. However the same amount got debited to my citibank account. I immediately lodged a complaint at Citibank stating all the details. I got the reply that a temporary credit will be done to my account within 48 hrs which happened but again reversed out on 2nd Dec 2010. The CITIBANK is saying that as per investigation report of ICICI the transaction is valid and the amount was actually withdrawn, which is not true. I have not withdrawn the amount from ICICI ATM.

Can anyone please help me in this matter?
