Hi,
I would like to lodge a complaint against Citibank regarding unauthorised auto-debits towards my citibank credit card despite of complaining twice already . I have requested them to ensure no auto debits to be performed under any circumstances without notifying me , however they keep repeating the same thing . My credit card payments are made manually by me each month before the duedate and still they auto-debit my account which counts as a double payment towards my credit card . it is really inconvinient to call them every month to get the money transfered back into my savings account.
