Dear Sir,

I have taken the shares of Rs.37,500/-. At the time of taking the during august 2005 bank manager orally promised me 9% dividend. But so far i have not received the sigle rupee as dividend. Now i have applied for refunding my share holding as per the bank procedure during sep 2010. But they are not ready to refund the amount. Now three months are over.

Now where to i have to go to get the justice?
I do not have the toll free no. of consumer redressal number.
Kindly advise me .
