Dear Sir,

I was saffering from HDFC bank side b;coj that was not reverse my Rs of 1700/-.
kindly give the favour of my return my pending amount.

Case detail is mentioed below, which is written to HDFC bank but no body resolve this issue so that we are lodge the compaint to you.



Dear Teem,

I went to your ATM Machine(Ramur Road infrant of CITY Station-Bareilly) for wd Rs 2000/- only as on 27 Feb 2010, than after I was wdroll mentioned amount of your ATM machine but now we had received only 300/- remaining balance amount (1700/-) will not received, either also remaining amount will not reverse in my saving a/c. After that I was summited written complaint at Bareilly branch and also again we had lodge the complaint in customer care- and after 12 days I had call to customer care, they are saying to us that this is clear widroll and that all your complaint is close and cut the phone line.after I want to your Bareilly branch and again remember of my complaint but nobody response to me, my problem is not resolve till date.

so that I requested to you pls resolve my issue as soon as possible-my all detail is mentioned below.

Under normal circumstances the bank would get the money counted in their ATM machine and refund you the amount which you are claiming if they find excess amount in their balance on that day.

Did you go and meet your bank's branch manager? Also have you kept all the proofs of complaints you have made to the bank?
