Dear Sir,
this is to inform you that I've a salary A/c in ICICI Bank , at the time of opening this salary A/c they've issued a credit card as a life time free card. They started deducting some amount of money without any intimation as yearly charges of the credit card. Though I've not used that card , Card No.4477 4604 2954 7005 but one fine morning my account has been locked by ICICI Bank, when I asked them about this matter they told that the amount of Rs.24000 will be debited from my A/c within seven days. And they've withdrawn the amount from my A/c after seven days.
I've communicated with ICICI Bank for the clarification but they won't replied, ICICI bank can't show any kind of usage against this credit card, almost its 1year that they've withdrawn the money from my account. This kind of theft is not expected from such a an organisation like ICICI Bank, they are operating my personal A/c ????? it's a criminal offence in a civilised country.
The kind of monetary harrassment I've faced is literally unbelievable, its a kind of mental torture. I would like to claim an amount of Rs. 200000 from ICICI Bank for such kind of financial and mental harrasment.
Hope the matter will be taken seriously from your side. Do the needful as earliest.
thanking you
Biswajit Nandy

dear Mr Shiva Shankar,
the amount of Rs 23673.01 had already been debited from my account on 8th sept09.Same thing had happened earlier also. Inspite of reminders in mail and via phone the fact is bank is taking too much time for a single point clarification regarding debit of my money from salary account without any single transaction from the credit card account. The matter becomes very serious now and i hope this is the last and final time taken by the icici bank to make my entire money credited.
thanking you,
sincerely yours,
Biswajit Nandy.
