I Jyoti singh hold a joint a/c with my brother - sanjeev kumar and sister in law - Nivedita singh with kotak mahindra bank - safdarjung enclave branch .i am a house wife and used to save money throgh SIP invested through Kotak mahindra bank, though my brother and sisiter in law are joint holdrs in the a/c ,i am the active user of the a/c and the money in the a/c belongs to me which i have received through redemption of my SIP . i needed some funds for adavance payment to a property but to my surprise Kotak had maked freeze in my a/c b'coz of which i was unable to withdraw funds and failure to which i have to pay penalty to the seller .i tried to get in touch with customer care and nodal officer for urgent revert but no one responded my querry to my satisfaction nor i was told the reason for freezing my a/c .plz help as i need those funds which are my only savings . a.c num 01750050000651
