Dear Sir/ Madam,

With due respect I like to inform you that myself Amitabha Ray has done a Policy (horizon II Pension) vide Policy No. 27013763508 from State Bank Of India, Jatindra Mohan Avenue Branch, Code No. 1994 on 29th March 2008 by Mr. Prabir Kumar Saha. That staff has told me clearly that I have to pay in Single mode i.e. Single Premium. Unfortunately I came to know that he has done it in Regular and not only Regular i.e. in Quarterly Mode, which is absolutely impossible for me to pay the Premium because the Premium amount is Rs.3,00,000.00. That means I need to pay Rs. 12 Lac yearly which is nothing but a news to make my heart attack.

Now I need the justice. That as a common people what fault I have done by keeping my money in the bank as well as in SBI Life Insurance. When Mr. Prabir Kumar Saha came to know that my money Rs.5 Lac was in my Savings Bank Account in State Bank of India, Jatindra Mohan Avenue Branch, immediately he approached me for SBI Life, with Single Premium Concept.

Now my policy is in Lapse Mode and I have no capacity to pay the premium but I want my money back.

Therefore, I request you to kindly accept my letter and help me . I don’t know whether I have been cheated by Mr. Prabir Kumar Saha, what action will be taken against him.
