    Default Complain regarding for not cash deposit

    Dear Sir,
    i am Manoj Kumar i am working Meenakshi Associates Pvt.Ltd. address is B-8,Site-C,Ind.Area Surajpur Greater Noida.
    we have your organization for Salary Accounts for all employees so that my complain is every HDFC Branch do not accept Cash i am deposit some cash of my salary account in noida branch but not deposit cash of noida branch he told me you have to deposit your Dadri Branch thats why i am say what about processor of other branch se cash deposite karne ka.

    Default Complaint against refusal of cash deposit (Third party) into hdfc salary account

    I went to the HDFC bank branch in Prince Anwar Shah Road (Kolkata) to deposit an amount of cas below 40,000 rs to my friend salary account in Bangalore (HDFC Bank). The cashier on a very rude manner and very aggressive and somewhat abusive have denied to receive the payment stating that those was the HDFC bank rules. Been my self a foreign with PO card and been leaving in India from 7 yrs i do use banks often (both indian and foreign banks) but this is the first time i found my self in such of horrifying situation. I have requested the bank cashier to give me a written copy of the bank rules but she refused the same telling me to get out of the bank and not to waste her time.....
    I would like to have a clear explanation on the same as i am seriously thinking to suit a case against the bank and the individual as well...

    My father wanted to deposit cash in my salary account number: 04851140236125 (Udyog vihar branch,gurgaon) at HDFC bulandshahr branch,but he was refused and told that cash deposit is not possible and he can only either transfer money thru netbanking or by depositing cheque.

    My question is that if I wanted to receive money for some emergency,the bank is not helping me and instead making the situation worse for me. My father is very aged and not net savvy so he cannot do the online transfer and if he deposit a cheque, in that case it will be a outstation cheque which will be credited in at least 10 working days.......it is very disappointing that even today, a basic thing for a bank like cash deposit is denied to the customer and then please answer that what is the use of your core banking and what happened to computerisation. Even a small local bank allows cash deposits so why cant HDFC do the same.

    To make the condition even worse, even if they allow a third party cash deposit , they will going to charge INR 110.30 for it which is again ridiculous....As i told my father is very aged and cannot travel all the way to delhi just for handing me the money, i am stuck in a mess......

    I am going to the RBI for this kind of behaviour from HDFC bank.....no other bank have this kind of policies and by this attitude, i am being forced to shut down my account with them.

    Thumbs down Denied cash Submission in HDFC salary account

    Hi,

    I wanted to submit cash deposit in my HDFC account but was denied on the basis that Cash transfer is not allowed in Salary account. My salary account number is 05721140082704. I was doing this transaction at Sector 49 Badshahpur branch, Gurgaon.
    My question is that if I wanted to receive money for some emergency,the bank is not helping me and instead making the situation worse for me. The kind of service HDFC is providing is very strange for me. I mean HDFC is bank where you can deposit cash but denied.

    I do have other bank accounts and never faced such problem, but only in HDFC i came across this strange problem. Sorry to say i don't have other alternative than complaining to RBI and shutting down my HDFC account or make use of HDFC to the minimum. I will not recommend HDFC to any of my friends.
