my father was working in SBI,radhanagari branch as Special Assistant. He died on 17March,2008 due to heart attack. After that my family got Rs.11Lakh as provident fund. But from PF amount our loan amount nearby Rs.10,40,000/- was debited. So we got only Rs.60,000/- in hand. SBI provides the facility of Ex-Gratia Lumpsum amount in place of compensation act. But the bank was rejected our application for Ex-Gratia amount. In my family no one is earned money.My whole family is based on the pension only. No other source of income.
