I went to the ATM of Allahabad Bank,Yamuna Nagar on dated 30.05.2010 sunday at about 9.40 p.m. to withdraw Rs.10,000/- but ATM did not work properly & deducted the said amount from my account no.020652623275 (12488 old).No money was received by me & a written complaint in this regard was lodge with Yamuna Nagar branch on 03.06.2010.Dispite of this, the above mentioned amount is still not refund to me. The bank has not refund me the said amount till date i.e.14.07.2010.
