Dear sir ,
The bank of rajasthan Employee had mis handelled the Instrument droped in their bank ,By this The same has been Bounced by the Punjab National Bank,mumbai.by this my account has been Get Hamppered & by this I could not able to make my commitment for payment to my client .

Detail of the issue :

We had dropped Cheque no.263360 dt.04/08/2010 of PNB mumbai ,which has been torned by the operation executive & than Has been Joined By adhasive tape by this clearing bank has dishonoured the instrument ,when we had approched for the same to the branch they are dnying forthe same while condition of the instrument is clearly showing its story.

Kindly look into the matter & provide me justice by componsating the loss incurred to me due to that.
