    Default Complaint against Canara bank Manager

    Dear Sir

    My name is Mohinder Kumar s/o sh. Ram Parshad r/o fazilka. I have opened a saving account with canara bank fazilka branch wide saving account no 17259 on 31/07/2007. And i am a regular customer of the bank and i have faced a problem from the past few weeks.

    The problem is that i have submitted a cheque no 349424 issuing branch corporation bank Chandigarh of amount Rs 3800 and same amount was credited in my account on date 08/07/2008 and also bank has debited Rs 56 as the clearance charges from my account. Now the bank informed me after a period of one year that they have misplaced the cheque and i was suppose to submit a new cheque against the cheque no 349424. Now they have also blocked a sum of Rs 3800 in my account which they will release to me after submitting new cheque to the bank.

    But my question is this if they have lost the cheque then how is it possible to get my account credited on 08/07/2008. And if we accept this that this could happen at that time then what the bank was doing from the past year. Should i believe that the bank employees and also the branch was in deep sleep from that time. After facing this problem when i personally meet the branch manager Mr. Vijender Yadav then he said he same thing to me and refuse to release the blocked money to me and i was i dire need of money for my personal use and they harassed me with such kind of thing from the past few weeks as i am very much frustrated form the bank. I have faced some financial loss as well as harassment.

    As i am not responsible for the cheque which was misplaced by the bank a year ago and you are requested to please look into the matter and help in releasing my money.




    I have also submitted a complaint on the website of canara bank on 23/05/2010 wide complaint no 7459 at 1:03 pm.

    Upper likhya sara matter asi 23.05.2010 nu bhej chuke han, uss to baad koi action nahi hoya. Phir asi apne advocate kolo leagal notice bhijwaia. uss magro lagbhag 20 dina baad sanu branch manager da phone aiya ki jine marge notice bhejwa lai, jo patt sakda hai patt lai. assi tenu paise nahi dene. kirpa karke sade paise diwae jan ate eho jehe managera te karwai kiti jawe. nahi ta tuhada bank kafi ghate which ja sakda hai. aap da dhanwadi Mohinder Kumar.

    Default For Oppening Account Branch at Tundla

    Dear Sir,

    There is reference writing mail regarding for oppening account in Canara Banka Branch at Tundla, My self Asif Khan i want to be open saving account in Canara but last 4 months but unable to open due Application Form available, i would be given you there are many people suffered problem with opening account. Canara Bank employee says; why did you not opened other bank, why choose this. Mr.Gupta who have to talk me the same, would be request to take action against this issue

    I paid online for my 29/11/10 TNEB bill amount 372 Rs/- and service charge 5 Rs/- include this online payment Canara Bank EC Debit Card options Transction wrongly Debited my account. I am ATM No: 4214-5832-6100-5424 (and) A/c No: 3261101000488, when operated Transaction unable to process. I have not EB bills received by cash, I checked My account had been Debited at 29/11/2010. online EB billed. Here by you are request that please check it, Refund my account Due to Credit Balance Rs-372+5 =377 Added in favour my Account.

    Default complaint against manager of hathras,u.p main branch

    sir,
    i am saving bank a/c holder of hathras main branch in u.p state.on date 25oct-2011 i went to the bank branch about my a/c for net banking facility.that day branch manager was not present in the branch and mr. jawahar lal was officiating as branch manager as it was told to me .i made contact to mr. jawahar lal.he sent me to another employee who used to manage net banking work.that employee denied me to do any work about my net banking facility and again sent me to mr. jawahar lal.mr. jawahar lal started to misbehave with me and told he did not invite me to the branch and asked me to get out from the branch.mis fortunately i was not having head office contact number of canara bank.otherwise i make contact against that employee that time. nobody told me that number on that number i could make the contact.if the behavior of your bank employee is so rough.who will like to operate the account in canra bank.the employee like mr.jawahar lal is making a rough image of canra bank proceeding .i want to to take action against above named employee mr.jawahar lal for his misbehave with me and want to close my s.b a/c due to both your employee.solution of this complaint if any assistance or clarification is required is required for that my contact number is 9997743163,thanks.

    Default Complaint regarding making ATM CARD at CANARA BANK, ENTALLY Br.

    I ABDUL AZIZ s/o MD.ANZAR residing at 5/H/5 BIBI BAGAN LANE, KOLKATA-700015, student of B.TECH from MCKV INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING (HOWRAH ,LILUAH) A/C in CANARA BANK, ( ENTALLY-Br.) joint A/C with my father MD.ANZAR.
    When I need to ATM CARD, I asked at enquiry counter to the officer about making ATM CARD, he gave me an application form for Debit Card and said after filled up form I can get new ATM CARD and at the same time I asked about the procedure to filled up the form and in which space what should I filled up, he answered me.
    But today on 1st November at 12:30 , when I submit application form for debit card as per requirement to the officer but unfortunately he strike off the name and signature of both joint holders and say that was wrong, don’t fill up joint holders name , fill up only your father’s name . I say “I filled up because in our A/C have joint holders name and also your officer suggest me this “. He rudely said “only fill up the form what I say then you get the ATM CARD, I don’t want to hear what the other say “. At the time of returning the form he say “again fill the new form and today it’s not possible will come tomorrow “. Then I reply “I can’t come tomorrow, because I have college “. He ruddily reply “If you have no time, then don’t make any ATM CARD”.
    This not first time when officer of your branch harassed, also at the time of making joint A/C with my father, which has existing customer more then 25 years old A/C in same Br, they harassed me also that time and after submitting the Application form for joint holding they take more then 1 month for update of my name at same time I didn’t any complaint about them.
