I am B.tech(2009 pass out) student. There are a placement agency "achievers success point"
at B-387-B, 3rd floor, Nehru Ground, near nilam cinema, nilam chouk, Faridabad, Haryana.Which is lead by Mr. Prabhat & his sister Kumkum Kumari. They told me give me Rs. 10,000/ and I(prabhat) will sure placed you in a good company. I deposited Rs. 10000/ on his account in September 2009. After that he always delay for interview. In January 2010 I think that he only cheated me then I asked him give back my money I don't want job. prabhat told me OK come my office and take your money. When I rech his office several time he was not present and when I talk to him he replayed that I(PRABHAT) am out of station come next time lastly on March 22 his sister Kumkum Kumari give me a cheque of Rs.10000/. But this cheque is bounced due to insufficient amount on the account. He doing this many candidates on the basis of giving job. Sir, I am very depressed please help me to take a strong step against Prabhat & his placement agency. I always thankful to you.

In Sept. 2010 ,Mr. Waddar told us to give advance Rs. 85,000/ for the material. & we did so.
After that he always delay for the furniture work & most of the time he is not even taking the calls. In December 2010 we think that he only cheated us then we asked him give back our money we don't want to do work . Mr. Waddar told us OK come my office and take your money. When we reach his office several time he was not present and when we talk to him he replayed that I(Mr. Waddar) am out of station come next time. lastly on Dec 1st week he gave us a cheque of Rs.80000/ with the commitment other 5,000 will be given by cash.But this cheque is bounced due to insufficient amount on the account.
Sir, we are very depressed & so much under mental stress.
This spoils our family because 85,000 is very huge amount for us & now even lots of follow ups (most of the time he is not even taking the calls) Mr. Waddar told us OK come my office and take your money. When we rech his office several time he was not present.please help me to take a strong step against Mr. waddar & his office. We always thankful to you.
