Sub: Complaint against delay in clearing of Cheque - reg.,
Ref : SBI, Sathuvachari, Cheque No:781271 / 27-03-10 / Rs.10000/-
and online Complaint ticket ID CC1275909011227.
I'm having SB account No:11286540302 with Vilappakkam Branch, Arcot.
I Bring to your kind notice that i've deposited the Cheque No:781271, dt.27-3-10, SBI, Sathuvachari Branch for Rs.10000/- (Rs.Ten thousand only) on 11th of May 2010 at Vilapakkam Branch (6394).
Whenever i approached the branch they said that the clearing will happen only after two weeks time. But today it found that the instrument was misplaced by the branch (vilappakkam) and the concerned Staff (M Selvam - 4004078) has given poor response and also he tear off the counterfoil of the deposit challan and said that he will give the another challan. Asked about this to the branch manager he and the staff said that "you please go wherever and give complaint give us".
Due to this i'm very much upset mentally and hence request immediate credit of the amount with interest. Also i request the department to give compensation for my mental agony.
I once again request the department to take immediate action against this to avoid further movement from my end.
