I am Manish Agarwal from Lucknow city.

I am giving full history of my case-

I have take one policy- Life Stage Pension from ICICI Prudential in Mar 2008
Policy Details

Policy Number 08607893

Issue Date - 30/03/2008

Term : 24 years

This Policy premium of Rs. 1250 Monthly was going by ECS from my Bank Account ICICI Bank Hazratganj Branch
A/c No- 628101533410

The payment was successfully paid up to 30-10-2009
but after this the ECS was not working and my Bank or ICICI Prudential not told me about the any problem.

Cause -my all fund value of policy not increase in that way in that case was he should.
All premium was gone if the ECS problem was not occur.

Now my Fund value of Policy is only- 37350 Rs.
Means it should almost double if my all Payment will paid timely through ECS.

Biggest Factor is both my bank and Policy are in same group ICICI so here are fault from ICICI group.

Because at that time the market was also down hence i am in loss of Rs. 40,000 approx. and this is only for Bank Fault

So i want that you please take the action against Bank because my problem is very genuine.
So please help me to recover my money from Bank.

i) I worked in Beltronic Consultancy Pvt.Ltd (Mumbai) from Jun 2007 to July 2009 as a Facility Management Engineer as in the client site at ICICI PRUDENTIAL at Kolkata.

ii) I had to leave my Job due to Market Condition and Recession on July 2009.

iii) I have a PF A/C to Mumbai Bandra office through our Employer that is Beltronic Consultancy Pvt.Ltd. My PF A/C no is 48110550. I have submitted PF withdrawal form on july 2009 but till Now I did not get a single coin and any Positive Feedback.

iv) Sir, I am earnestly requesting you to please help me to get my PF amount.

I have faced the same issue.
In such case the PF office take the time. I also got the PF after 6 months even i was fulfill the all formalties so just wait.
You can follow up with PF office by email only. mail id u can search by google
