Good Evening
Hi Sir, Myself Vijay Jha my credit card no. 5176533943069002. There some outstanding in my credit card that I have told that I will be paying soon. Disconnecting or not picking up the phone has not been happen every time when the vendor call up I have always responded. For last two days I am mentally tortured someone is calling up saying that she is calling from ICICI BANK ( NAME NEHA) no, 022-42918300, 30554100, she is so confident in saying that she sits in J.B.Nagar Branch...on 29th June,10 she called me up on my cell no. and ask for payment I said her I will be coming there and meet her but I couldnt go, in the evening on the same day she again call me up I said her I will be coming tomorrow.... On 30th June,10 she call up on my uncle residence no.022-25917763 @10.30am and started abusing to my cousin brother and my aunty (ma...behen...utha ke le jaungi....aandar karwa dungi...ma ch.dungi.... tumko chodungi nahi) she also said to my aunt that Vijay Jha has given us your Ration Card copy & other document to us.....After that she again called my uncle residence no. @12.25pm and again started abusing, my cousin were clearly saying you contact Vijay he has taken he will pay why u r calling me up. At 12.30pm I got a first call on my cell for the day from her I said I will be coming there today and meet u at Andheri. After my call she again call up my uncle and again started abusing @12.45pm my cousin got scared he gave up my uncle cell no., she call up there and again started abusing to my uncle also. After that I continously tried to call up that number but the number was not ringing, after that my cousin has lodge a complaint in Mulund Police station at 1.30pm on 30th June,2010, complaint No.1902/090. When I visited J.B.Nagar branch today at 4pm there was no one call in the name of neha and the number doesnt belong to that branch. Thanx to Mr.Pandey who had promised us that necessary action will be taken within 24hrs. My only request is to please take necessary action against this girl and this agency, secondly I want to meet up her. I want the action to be taken within 48hrs., If tomorrow I am taking some drastic step ICICI BANK is responsible for the same. Regards, Vijay Jha 9930070546 9324370963 |

my am holdign credit card of icicibank and they called me we had ask for the statment as we are not getting the statement and one of the customer care that u can pay in emi they said we will give the apology letter but they have and yesterday mr. ibram called me and said you have to do the payment now i said i need to see the statment and then only i will do his no. 022- 33643013 he started giving bad words is this way to behave woth the customer even neha from same office is calling and warning he will bring guds at home

We recently relocated to India and live in Gurgaon. Apparently, our residence number was earlier the number used by Centurion Bank of Punjab and apparently this number has been used by a number of people in taking loans / credit cards from different banks.
Earlier today, I received a call from Mr. Sandeep Bhati of ICICI Bank's legal department asking for a certain person. I told him it was a wrong number and that we did not know this individual. He said, "how come you knew him when we gave him the loan"? I again repeated that this was a wrong number, that we did not know this individual and that we had not stood guarantee for anybody of this name. Mr. Bhati then asked me, "why don't you change your phone number then"? His entire demeanour was very rude and I told him that. I also told him that I would register a complaint against him. He then asked me, "where do you intend to place this complaint? I will call them and mera setting kara doonga". This was highly unprofessional and his tone of voice and demeanour was extremely rude. I certainly do not expect this level of behaviour from an employee of an organisation like ICICI Bank. We have had calls from SBI earlier regarding similar issues, but for a lot of other people. I have never had to face this kind of nonsensical behaviour from anybody. Can somebody from ICICI Bank please get in touch with me about this so I can redress this issue? Hi
My name is Ritesh Kumar my account open in Sec-63 branch noida. I had Submitted my document on Thrusday date 07-10-2010 in ICICI Sec 63 Branch noida for Mobile Bankig updation to Mr Rahul. But my mobile banking and transfer facility not upate. and he was saying your document has lost and u again submit your document. His name is Mr. Rahul. He told very rudly "This Is Not My fault". |
