Arrow complaint against punjab national bank

RESPECTED SIR,
this is to inform you that i, s.k jain propritor of shri ram udyog add. c-11 wazirpur ind. area is having a having an account in your punjab national bank prashant vihar branch a/c no 4184002100011770.
on 27-03-10 i have not recieved a cash of rs.15000 from rajdhani park atm branch , but it is been debited from my account.
regerding this i have loagged a compaint in my branch as well as on customer care helpline. its complaint number is 27062724.
but no action had been taken since then . please copperate with us

Dear Sir,

I am a senior citizen & holding a saving account no. 03771000102156709 in your Panipat GT Road Branch.

It a matter of great concern that few days back , I had made a request on net for opening a new FD of Rs. 10,000.00. In my mail account it was shown as successfully sent.

From the date of request, I was continuously checking my ID that whether FD has been opened or not. Till today , it was not matured hence I contacted i.e on 20.05.2010 to your Customer Care No. 1800180 2222 around 10.10 AM..I surprised to find that the services of the care centre is also not up to the mark. I waited 20-25 minutes to get the answer. Madam Reena , the first receiver could not give proper reply & forwarded my call to her senior. I holded the receiver upto 5 mintues & the end a deep noise was heard & then disconnected. Again , I repeated the process & experienced the same.

After wards your senior call centre official, expressed her inability to convey that why my request has not been accepted so far. She directed me to contact my GT road branch since they are unable to tell anything about it. I requested her that my grievance may be forwarded by her good office since I am a senior citizen & it is difficult for me to contact the branch. She forwarded my call to her complaint representative. I hold the receiver till 5-6 mintues but at the end again deep tune was heard & call was disconnected.

Having , no other option, I contacted my GT Road, Panipat branch on phone. They were also not in position to tell the problem. I explained them that few days, my request was appearing in my mail box but after that it was disappeared & the reason well known to your software or your system.

In view of the above, I approach your good office that pl. look into the whole process & take appropriate action in the matter so that your valuable customers can get such services for which your renowned Bank is known in the market.

Needless to mention that if the same process is continued then there is no advantage of Net Banking & your Customer Care Centre.Only your valuable customers will waist their time & feel harassment.

An early action/response is requested.

Default complaint against poor services

Dear Sir/Madam,


I Jagdeep singh r/o vill. walloor visited to your shande hasham in ferozepur cantt. I have visited there regarding education loan. But they treated with me in poor manner. First of all they questioned me and asked where have you first opened your account. In answer i replied that i have account in HDFC bank. inspite of suggesting me to open your account in Punjab national bank he replied that you people are like crabs, and i will not issue you any education loan. sir/Madam kindly suggest us is this the organisatinal behaviour of your bank?

I am out of station right now. I have lost pnb ATM anywhere. Yesterday i visited a number of branches in Patna regarding the solution but in vain. nobody helped me out. Customer Care told me that I will get the card from any a branch all over India. But there were different suggestions in all branches that I visited. Is there someone who can help me. I have nothing in my pocket. Please somebody help me out.

Question not giving the facility of internet banking

i have tried again anf again but i am not getting any response from the bank that why they are not providing the facility of internet banking. i asked to my branch manager about it then he said this type of facility is not provided here but i want to know why? although the PNB provides the internet banking facility to the users then what is the problem with me

Default Correctness of my Account money

Dear Sir/Madam,
I (N/Sub Sukhjinder Singh ) am serving in 67 Engr Br Regt.and my sallary A/C in your ICICI bank Meerut. My A/C No. is 625801518726. and I was inserted money fron PNB ATM Kankarkhera(Meerut Cantt) 5000/- rupees two times dated 03.10.2010 time 1600 hrs but i could collect money only 5000/- and second time money can not collect. and while checked the money in ATM my account balance is diffi 10000/- rupees.
the i was give complaint two times in ICICI bank meerut in written. our complaint no. is 153929591 and 156646230. but he is not taking action.
So I request to you please checked my complain and send back money in my A/C.

my pnb bank verification is complete. but till today i do not find education loan. my a/c no 2711000100246347
so please help me to find education loan
Correctness of my Account money

the i was give complaint two times in pnb nawada main in written. our complaint no. is 153929591 and 156646230. but he is not taking action.
So I request to you please checked my complain and loan money in my A/C.
