I am a senior citizen receiving pension from sbi erode since 1982 and my commutted portion of pension was not restored by sbi in the year 1997. I too failed to notice this mistake and after prolonged battle they admitted their mistake and corrected the pension.
Now they do not take any care for paying back the arrears for ten years despite my repeatted representation. This arrears works out to just ten tousand only and thye can just pay me as an adhock amount.

It is an irony this huge bank spend crocres of rupees on advertisements depicting late senior citizen like Motilal nehru, Sir C V Raman, Great Vallabai Patel as their customers and seldom give any look to redress the grievances of living senior citizen like me.

What can I do? My representations to all includiong the Banking Ombudsman etc went invain.

with reference to the above i the customer of SBI (vishveshwaraiya puram, v.v. puram) branch needs to submit that the behavior of the employees towards customers is very bad, they will not give proper response to the customer, there is no pass book entry facility, they degrade the customers , we visit from far places to deposit the amountbut they ignore us by silly reasons.. i request your kindself to please take any action soon.
