    Default Complaint Against Syndicate Bank

    Sir
    I am YeshwanthRao S Syndicate bank customer my a/c 1303/220/61831 I requested a transaction in SBI ATM Kadagudi Branch Bangalore on 8th Aug 2009 Rs. 3000/- and same on 11th Aug 2009 Rs 5000/- in both transaction i dint get the cash but it has deducted from my account After this i given complaint against this Our Bank manager told it will recover within 120 days, but already 10 months over but i didnt get my money, 25-05-2010 i went to Syndicate Card center but there is no positive response from them they told if we will mail to SBI bank if they credit to us we will credit to you Then i asked them i will get money or not they told it has recover 120 days chances are less to get your money .......so what to do sir i am student so money is needfull for me please help me for further steps .......... I hope i will get +ve response from your side

    Hi
    One of Bad/ Slow/Lazy people in bank service to customers in the chennai, is syndicate bank, ambattur branch.
    How this bank will operate with this old peoples, without thinking they are doing service for the peoples, bcoz every month they getting salary without any problems, or they like to pay only pension holders, so their behavior also change due to customers are pensioners...

    Thanks to syndicate bank.. Old People old bank ... change your style.... otherwise u loss your customers..

    Mr....... you are 100% correct... we need the job not get the job in bank.. but this type unpleasant employees.. are not change in their life... they don't want to do any professional works... they know how make the other people happy... why u don't change u r life style....

    Angry Passbook Entry Problem

    Respected sir/mam,
    I am Gaurav Sharma, have a account in Firozabad branch Syndicate. I have a complaint against branch. First of all, there is so low working staff, they do not working properly.
    and there is no person for doing entry in our passbook, If you are thinking that branch's printer doesn't fine, then you are wrong at this, because i confirm that the printer working properly.
    So please help me.....

    A man of 87 plus went to URs scope Tower Branch wth a Proper Cheque issued by URs IP Branch for withdrwal on 08.10.2011at around 11-45 AM and was told by URs Bank Staff that this Cheque is Invalid & even he gave in writting.
    The Old gental man has to rush to IP Branch as it was saturday & urs Time was upto 12-30 PM or so where he was told that this Cheque is valid & he got the payment.
    Is URs Scope Tower branch Staff is unable & untrained or they were not updated by IP Branch or its just a lack of Duty for which a senior man of 87 plus has to rum hard & spend money just for nothing.
    I think now that Core Banking is a failure in that way.I have unvalid written cheque wth M.
    Will U look into the matter

    Please stress on the fact that your staff must learn to be courteous to customers, especially senior citizens. One Ms.Urmila, 5 th Main Road, Vontikoppal Branch, Mysore , is seldom found in her seat. Most of the time she invariably asks customers to return the following day, even for entries and renewals of FD's . She is rudeness personified. She is in the bank premises no doubt, but is unavailable to customers, as she is either having her breakfast or elevenses or lunch, or tea ... The other staff, especially the attendants dare not tell her there are customers waiting for her to deal with their work. Please do impress upon your staff the necessity to attend to their customers.

    Default Incomplete information on Syndicate Bank's official website

    This is Vikram. I saw an advertisement on syndicate bank's official website about the recruitment of PO officers-2012. The instructions was that take a print out of Challan copy...pay the fees,that was Rs 200, in our acc no.-01113170000188 and apply online on our website.I took out the print out of challan copy and payed the fess in syndicate bank, main branch, Hisar(Haryana) on jan 13th , 2012. They gave me a return slip with BIC no.= 8295 , transaction ID = 152 etc... After this when i tried to fill the application online ... they were asking for Registration number , Roll number etc. When i went to the bank next day for telling my problem....they said that only IBPS cleared candidates can fill this form and this fees is non-refundable. I asked them that...then why did u not informed me yesterday when i was paying the fees. And also there was no instruction given on their officially website that ONLY IBPS CLEARED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY.

    My complain is that....The bank should mention sharply on their website that which candidate is eligible for the post or which is not.....whether he/she is IBPS cleared or not.
    So i did suffer for this incomplete information mentioning of the Syndicate Bank on their website. Plz take some action so that i can refund my fees.
