I am having account in UCO Bank, Railway Road, Aligarh branch. On date 05/10/2010 a cheque of Rs.15000/- no 000664 of Axis bank, Drawer account no.910020025198085 name Mr. Mumtaz hamid was presented in clearing to your Axis Bank , Niranjan Puri Branch Aligarh . Though your bank is CBS Bank and Cheque is also CBS , but was was dishonoured with the reason " not drawn on us". now in present banking system I surprise with such a reason, whereas RBI has clearly direct all bank to pay all such cheques treating payable at par.

I also contacted the your branch of Axis Bank Niranjanpuri, Aligarh ( UP) but
sum Bijendar singh meet me and told that Manager is busy, contact after some time.

I request you to interven in the matter to get the cheque paid immeadiately. and not to repeat such thing in future

my father late sh brij kishor lal srivastava expired on 19 dec09 he was ex railway employee , for faimily pension i follow six months and later on make complaint with allahabad bank head office thereafter faimily pension start
now my second issue is continous follows with allahabad bank branch Deoria - up my fatther aving account balance money transfer to my mother saving account at same bank same baranch - Deoria -up , one FD payment was also due & that also have to transfer to my account for this act i have folllows all guidlines of bank officers and submitted all papers which was made ready by bank advocate eg sucessor certificate , wittness certificate , afadavit etc
i am very much affraid with bank working specially at Deoria branch now ~ 10 gone no fruitfull results
pl look into the matter and resolve issue
