Dear Sir,
This is in respect to the Complaint by Barclays Bank PLC with CC. NO 2945037/SS/09 received by us on 24th Oct 2009.Sir we had made the payments regularly then also we had been accused of non payments.
Sir we had some bad time where we could not pay the dues but have paid then after also so that bank does not suffer because of us.Bank has file Complaint on us in Dadar Court(Mumbai) because we could not honor ECS of 06/10/2009.
We had in past paid and also paid Rs14504 14/10/09, Rs 14504 Dt : 26/11/09 ,Rs 14504 Dt : 14/12/09,Rs 14504 Dt : 16/02/10, Rs 14504 Dt: 19/03/10, Rs 14504 Dt :19/03/10, Rs 14504 Dt: 20/05/10, Rs 14504 Dt : 30/06/10.
Sir we have made payment almost every month though i have lot of obligations from many banks.Bank's collection dept is taking the payment every month with the promise that they will withdraw the case but after giving the payment also they have not withdrawn.They are pressuring every mth for the payment.
Sir i am 57 yrs of age with chronic disease and not in position to travell.I think they have intentionally done to harass me physically and mentally. I am at his age not possible to handle the collection follow up.I abide to rule and regulation of banks and will pay the dues.
Kindly do the need full for withdrawal of case CC. NO 2945037/SS/09 in Barclays bank as hon'ble court has ask me to appear on 10/05/10.
Sir taking in consideration my intention to pay, my age and my payments after the filling of case, do need full to withdraw the case and also guide.
