Through this letter I would like to draw your kind attention that Rs.2340 debited from my Saving Bank Account no.30351588861 of SBI Mangalpur Branch,Mangalpur,Jajpur,orissa. This incident happened on 04/11/2010 , That day i had gone to purachase a mobile Rs 2340 .The dealer swaped my atm card for for Rs 2340 .But Receipt not found.Once again swaped my atm card For Rs 2000 receipt found rest Rs 340 paid By other account .when i checked my balance i observed that Two times money debited from my account First Rs.2340 and second Rs.2000(Which is correct) debited from my account.I have Receipt Rs 2000 but I have no Receipt of Rs 2340 and I complained to Dealer But They denyed and show me their bill report and told me Complaint to customer care of SBI and Then informed to the Manager and Sbi customer care having Complaint No-At4292694327 .

Sir, the incident was committed on 04/11/2010 and till date I could not get any reply from the bank.
It is bank fault. Kindly arrange to back my withdrawan money to investigate the things.

I hold a RBS credit card no 5239504000138456. On 16th October my card was blocked by the company stating non-payment of annual fee. However the fee was already paid on 12th October which is on the company records.Also there was no payment due on the card. Inspite of several mails they have not reinstated the card. Also presently there is a credit balance of some 200 Rs on the card.
Apart from this they even wrote to me that it is not possible to give a free card. This after getting the annual fees from me. I need them to restart the blocked card or refund me the annual fees and close the card.
