dear sir,
I want to complaint of Mr. Gupta manager of state bank of indore datia branch, mr. gupta refuse to give a/c balances to authorised a/c holder. i am proprieter of m/s maa pitambara flour mill datia. i had receive many rtgs from all over india. so i want to know my a/c balance daily bacase of cheque filing. i also want to know which amount is trnsferd to my account. but mr. gupta said that i am not here to give balances if u want to know your balance, maintain your a/c manually. he also express poor behavior to costomer.
