my name is Sanjay Yadav and my SBI A/C NO. is 30633837796.
on 19/11/2011 I made a transaction of 10000 rs withdrawing from ATM but cash not received and amount deducted from my account.
I made a complaint against it on 21/11/2011 to the customer care no. 1800112211 and my comp. no. is AT114432965218
and also informed to the bank staff. Bank Staff member said that money automatically return to your account within couple of days.and customer care executive said that money will return to account within 7 to 12 days.
But still now I have called many time and today on 30/01/2012 bank MANAGER GAVE ME A LETTER AND TOLD that YOU DO IT AT YOUR OWN.This happend with me.
and I am very dissapoint with this service from SBI.
Please if any possiblity in this matter can do anything regarding this
help me out.I would be very thankfull to you.
