Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I was trying to withdraw a cash of Rs. 15,000/- form your ATM situated at your ATM on 21/06/2010 at 10.30 to 12.30 AM. I have interred Card two times and I was trying to withdraw Rs. 15,000/- per transaction for two times. But I have not received any cash or transaction slip.

Normally, when the cash does not come out from the machine, then it is automatically gives credit in my account during the same day or next day. But to my surprise, when I checked the balance amount to day morning, the above cash of Rs. 15,000/- was also debited for my account by mistake.

I request you to please look into the above and arrange to credit Rs. 15,000/- cash into my account as soon as possible and confirm.
