I am account holder of Punjab National Bank, Satrik Naka, Barabanki and my saving bank A/c No. : 1858000119307102.

I have operated Other Bank ATM at Barabanki for withdrawal of Rs. 10000.00 on 18.06.2010 in the morning around 8 a.m. while, neither I received cash nor receipt and Rs. 10000.00 has been deducted from my A/c No. : 1858000119307102 Punjab National Bank.

On 18.06.2010, I have complaint in Punjab National Bank at Barabanki branch and I was assured by the bank that your amount will be deposited in your account within 72 hours and it was not deposited so far and I have received a sms on 06.07.2010 from Punjab National Bank that

Not received cash from Bank of Baroda ATM Machine

Sir,

When I inserted a ATM card in atm machine (Bank Of Baroda , ATM – I.D. : 1FDNOI01) then 2000/- get debited from my account but I have not received any cash. On dated 16 / 08 / 2010 at time 9:04 a.m. I registered a complaint at Bank Of Baroda bank but no one is properly responding. Than I registered a complaint at PNB call center but he told that According to RBI Rule ATM issues must be settled within 12 day. Now more than 13 days are over but no response from your side. My account is saving account with PNB bank TOWN - DEOBAND (SHARANPUR)

I have lots of pressure from my family. Please do the needful. Everybody from my family is shouting on me. I very mentally disturbed and this is impacting on my job.
