Dear Sir/Madam

This is in regard with the amount deducted from our account in Bank of Baroda against the redemption of mutual funds,for which no charges are applicable.The amount was deducted saying that the cheques were wrongly deliverd/not drawn on us.The amount num and bank name both were printed on the cheques and also the drawee bank.

When I went in converstaion regarding this issue with the bank authorities both said that its not there mistake its the mistake of the other.Also I lodged a complaint against this with the ICICI asset management department with complaint no. 839857.

I have not recieved any satisfactory against this issue from both the banks.
So I request you to please help us regarding this issue.
