Axis Bank, Sakchi Branch, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

Bank has deducted a sum of Rs. 4,067.67 as conslidated charge and Service Tax there on Rs. 418.97. What is the purpose of this consolidated charge? I think this is a wrong deduction. I have requested to branch to reverce this charge.
Followinf facts are given below:
1) My a/c is a Salary account. And no minimum balance is required to be mantained.
2) Initialy it was Priority account.
3) I had already given an application to down grade the account 2 year back.
4) Since last 2 years there was no charge being charged by your bank.
5) As per the facility declared by Axis Bank for salary account DD making is free.
