Respected Sir,

I am Maksudan Pandey a creadit card holder of ICICI bank. i have used creadit card of ICICI bank for INR=3000 in oct.- 2007 and i have made payment against credit INR = 3400. IN NOV-2007. by chck. after that i Did not use that credit card. now ICICI has claming late payment charge more than INR.15000. and they have sent a leagle notice to me. for the payment.

After payment of INR=3400. when i was recieved monthly statment in april 2008. that time out stading amount was INR= 3000. i have complaint to costommer care by telephone and email. that time costommer care representative told me they will resolve this issue. but till now the issue has been not resolved. and now the outstatnding amount is more than INR=15000 and the have issue a leagle notice to me.

Please help me about this issue. what I have to do? at present I am not in india.
