Dear sir,
i am karur vasya bank account holder. i was swap my debit card by12th june 2010 at demart for shopping against amount o f rs3064/- but the amount debited two times from my account. now kvb said it is in process from date of complaint. i was complaint by 15th of june 2010 but no response.
