with due respect I would like inform you the following few lines for
your information and further settlement the depute.

I am haiving a saving bank account at AXIS Bank at secunderabad branch, hyderabad
since last three years.

I am ,using this account as salary account.

this account is opened when iam working for Niche technologies, thouse people opened this account as a salary account, from that day to Jan 2009, there is a salary credits in my account, due to company stopped their organization in hyderabad so i shifted from that organization to Fullerton india credit company limited. in this company also credit salary in that same account where previously salary has been credited.

i have joined in fullerton india credit company in the year of may 2009, from may 2009 to May 2010 there were no charges were deducted for Non maintaince of Quarter Average Bank Balance and Other Functional Charges, In the month of June suddenly there charges were deducted in my Account Rs. 1750/- they have liened my account.

When i contacted axis bank people through netbanking, phone banking officer informed that this account is converted as normal savings account for this am charged( this is happened without prior notice), am placed a complaint in axis bank, secunderabad branch operational incharge, am waited for three working days but no reply found from there end, when i contacted through grievence department in axis bank, then this branch people responded am replied:

in one mail: if there were no salary credits happen for 3 months account will converted as normal account, for this account is going to charge.

for this mail am attached my two years account statement for clarification there were conti salary credits in my account till date.

after that i received another mail:

which shows:

in account label is showing niche technologies and salary credits happening from other label, so system cannot understand.

after this i have replied:

if it is correct i have been charged from may 2009 not from june 2010, if system doesnot understand there were mobile sms is activated till september 2009 after that mobile connection is deactivated and from june i have updated another mobile number still there were no communication happening from there end.

This shows that they are just intrested how to make people fool.

In view of the above you are requested kinldy resolve my complain and instruct the bank .
