Dear Sir
I am Vinita Singh Sarangdevot holding a Savings Account No.:02121330004934, GOREGAON EAST in HDFC bank.From last 2 years HDFC bank is deducting Rs 800 somthing from my account .They have deducted 4 times this money. I opened this account with minimum balance of Rs.500 and so I was suppose to maintain minimum balance of Rs.500.My account balance was always above Rs.2000.

I spoke to HDFC customer care she told me that they have changed their policies.But Sir
they never intimated their policy change programme in any of their mail.HDFC mail only informs that this much amount has been debited from your account and with no reasons.

Hope to get my hard earned money back by your serious action .
