Rs.20,000.00 debited from my account on account of ATM transaction on 28th Feb 2010 which has not been done by me.And this unknown transaction happened without loss of ATM card & pin.The details of transaction is given as below: Transaction Date:28-Feb-2010 Transaction Number:ATM WDL 6220180593600033702 4301 S1AN50048901 Transaction Amt(INR)& Rs.20,000.00

Despite my vigorous pursuance through nos of emails sent to SBI helpline as well as local bank where my account has been opened, I am not getting response from the bank or its helpline. More than one month lapsed but my case has not been resolved till date. The bank is unable to give any time limit for resolving my case.

Please guide me what should I do in case bank does settle my case in time.
