More than the service, it is the attitude of Senior Personnel in City Union Bank made me to bring this to this forum.

To make it short, though I introduced myself as Media consultant, the Manager (Advances) , Head Office, CUB, Kumbakonam Mr. Srinivasan went to the extent of charging me that I do not have credentials to comment on the Bank's operations. He even said that if i am incapable of running my Business, that is my problem and not that of the Bank.

The deficiency in the services of the Bank in reverting back my ATM swallowed amount of Rs. 6,000/- after a cool 3 months made my fund flow slow which created a lot of financial problems which is not understood by the Bank and they keep sticking to the point that my account has become Non-Operative Account and no facilities are possible.

The Concerned Branch Manager, Mandaveli Branch says he is not bothered about the PRESS.Though he apologised for his delay in solving the issue, his questions doubt my integrity and he does not know how to handle situations.

I want justice to be done to me by making the Schduled Bank's Higher Officials listen to me atleast before concluding ; if they continue to serve people like this, they may have tough time especially when foreign banks lure customers with more schemes and facilities.
