from last four month i have been tried to get an account opening form, from SBI, Bankola(Ukhra) branch, code-7798, id-4581245, but till now i dont get it. the respective officer told me that they dont have the form to give it to the customers, some time they give limited number of form which is not at all justifiable to the number of customer who want to open an account in SBI. so many time i went their but i dont get it, please help me to come out from this problem.

Sir you may collect the form from SBI Khandra. Your problem is absolutely right. I dont know why Bankola branch is unable to collect a/c opening form. alternately, you can open an a/c at Khandra & transfer the same to Bankola, although i dont think Khandra branch will open your a/c if your current location is at Ukhra.
