Double debited from my account

This is a discussion on Double debited from my account within the Banking forums, part of the Business & Finance category; I have purchased two tickets from on line booking of railway but they have debited four times from my account....

    I have purchased two tickets from on line booking of railway but they have debited four times from my account.

    On 5th July 2010 I have booked one ticket from Sealdah to NJP and another from NJP to Sealdah on 24th Aug 2010 but the railway authority have debited my account four times, please refund the excess amount which you have debited from my accont immediately.
