This is regarding our export shipment duty drawback cleared from customs as stated below, we had submitted all the necessary documents to PNB, ICD PPG, Delhi for the credit of duty drawback into our CANARA BANK, MORADABAD. ACCOUNT NO. 0366201004005, I.F.S CODE # CNRB0000366. But customs screen shows that it had already been scrolled as per the scroll number 2124 / 2009 , Dt: 31/10/2009 but its never been credited to our a/c so far.

I had tried to contact the PNB ICD PATPARGANJ on Dated 16 April 2010, and gave a written letter to look at this matter but no action has been taken yet. Please get this problem sort out and get our drawback amount cleared which is pending at P.N.B ICD PATPARGANJ DELHI.
