Dear sir,
My name is K.Vasugi, I am having Savings account in State bank of India,Harur Branch and my Account no is 30299164792. I have provided ATM Debit card and my card no is 6220180099700067434, valid from Dec 2007.

On Saturday,01/10/2010,Due to emergency I have withdrawn money using Salem Fairlands Federal Bank ATM machine (Machine no:FBAS0759). I want to withdraw Rs 30,000.00 in terms of Rs 10,000.00 in each transaction.The first Two transaction was successful and received Rs 20,000.00. During the Third transaction,I have not received any money from the ATM but the statement shows i have withdrawn Rs 10,000.00. (Actual money received from the ATM is 20,000.00 but Statement shows I have withdrawn Rs 30,000.00).Also i have not received any receipts from the ATM.When we approached the SBI Officials ,they told you have to contact Federal bank.When we met Federal bank officials,they told you have to go to your SBI Branch where we have account.
We dont know what to do.
