CASE I:
i have applied on 10-07-2008 through the branch manager mishra bazar branch(code:8977) to transfer my ppf a/c that was operational at sbi, bidanasi branch, cuttack (code:9028) with a/c no:30316823526 to mishra bazar, gazipur branch (code:8977). this ppf a/c was transfered only on 29-12-2008 after a lapse of more than 5(five) months. thereby i have been deprived of the interest on my ppf a/c to an estimated sum of rupees 3000/- (three thousand rupees only) solely due to the negligent dealing by the sbi authority.

CASE II:
I have remitted a cheque No: 146135 for rupees 22113/-(twenty two thousan one hundred and thirteen rupees approx.) at sbi, mishra bazar branch(code:8977) in the month of nov 2009 to be remitted into my s/b a/c no:10659511751 operational at the very mishra bazar branch. however the money was remitted into my s/b a/c only after a lapse of about 6(six) months on 10/05/2010, thereby depriving me of my acute need of funds and also not gave any interest towards the undue delay on the part of the sbi officials.

i request the intervention and action from the omudsman for resolving the financial losses accrued to me due to the lackadaisical attitude fo the sbi banking offficials and do justice to me by advicing the authority to pay me towards the missing amounts as well as the proportional cost of inconvenince.
