Default Forceful Imposing of ATM Decline charges by ICICI

I have salary account in ICICI bank. At the time of opening the account, bank opened 2 accounts for me one for salary (saving account) and other for reimbursement (Current).

Last month I tried to withdraw amount from my current account using ATM of other bank, but withdrawl was declined thrice citing 'Insufficient Balance' although I had enough balance.

After one month of withdrawl decline, ATM decline charges of Rs 28 were deducted thrice totalling to Rs 84, from my saving account.

On asking the reason for same from ICICI banking officer, the person informed me that by default only saving account is linked to ATM card and not current account (which was never ever informed to me), and my current account is not linked to ATM card.

When I told them that I tried withdrawing money from current account, they told me that incase your current account is not linked to ATM card, instead of declinging transaction, bank redirects the request to saving account and as I didn't had sufficient balance in saving account, thus I was imposed with ATM decline charges.

I hereby request the consumer court to take justifiable action against such forceful malpractices of ICICI bank and get mine amount refunded.

    Regards
    Abhinav
