Misuse of my ICICI Bank debit card

Ref: Complaint no with icici bank customer care SR.208215305 A/C no 07801009301

I did last withdrew Rs.5000 on 29th dec at HDFC Bank atm Talegaoan post which my card has been misused by Rs.65000.lodge a complaint with icici customer care and my card was blocked.

icici bank confirmed that the amount was withdrawn from different icici atm's and also the culprits did tried from different bank's atm but the transaction could not happen...only in icicibank atm they could succeed.

They withdraw from vashi and goa while i was in Talegoan.

On 31st i made a written complaint to talegoan police on the receipt of the acknowdgement i again called up customer manager who told me the police will investigate and icici bank will support with video sabotage of atm centres but no assurance was given on when the moneywill be reversed to my account.

1.Why the custome care Manager from ICICI bank are providing different version.

2.ICICI bank is custodian of my cash and icici bank software issue led to some one hacking my account why icici bank is not takeing any ownership.

3.I am salaried person with no other earnings (single earning memeber of the fly) and almost 73% of my salary is siphoned it's not icici bank responsiblity to protect the intrest of the customer

4.How icici bank is valueing their customer given that i have 10+ years of association with icici bank
