Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am vishal bordia holding an salary account in ICICI bank since last 2 years an 8 months and my account no is 001301558187 in branch ICICI Bank , shoprix mall , sector-61,Noida. In between 10th July 2010 to 12th July 2010 some body stolen my money from my account through Internet banking and paid their Vodafone Postpaid bills (as per ICICI Bank Phone Banking Officer) but i havn't received any SMS alert from bank. I had alerady logged the complaint ( Complaint No. :-SR146068039) to bank but i am not getting any satisfactory resolution from bank. When i went to the Police station they refused to log an FIR(sector-24,58 and 60). Kindly help me as i have lost my 7500/- . I think their is a fault from bank side also because i havent received SMS alert of bill payment as before that i always receiving the SMS Alerts from Bank of Bill Payments. Hello,
My self is Smita G. Kakar.I am having saving account 000501540886 in icici bank,bundgarden road,pune,maharashtra. On 5th may 2010 and 6 may 2010 ,rs 19000 were paid to some biller through internet transaction without my knowledge.I have not done these transactions .Immediately i have blocked my internet user id and ATM on 6th may2010. I have log the complaint at ICICI Bank.Service Request id is:sr140598163.Also i have given written complaint to my bundgarden icicici branch.I have taken followups many times,but all the time i heard it is in process.I have not received any information about progress.I have put complaint in nearby police station,pune.They are not ready to take FIR because they want letter from icici bank stating details of customer to whom money is transferred.Last week i again wrote mail to one manager for complaint,I got reply from head of customer service that those transactions were thorugh user id ,password and grid values. User ID ,password ,and grid values are known only to the account holder.since this is a shopping mall case, police has to do further investigation for recovery and resolution. I do not have grid values on my atm debit card,it is old one. Kindly help me to find out the culprit & get back my money soon ASAP. Thanks and Regards smita kakar |
