FRAUDAL WITHDRAWING OF rS. 33,000/- FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT
- 20013486086, IN NAME OF MR. ASHOTOSH BALA

Dear Sir,

1. This is to bring to your kind notice that i am Mr. Ashotosh Bala working in Gannon Dunkerley and Co. Ltd at 23-A N.S.
Road, 4th Floor, Kolkata - 700001.

2. I am handicapped and do not have my right arm.

3. I have a salary account with State Bank of India , N. S. Road Branch.

4. My salary account no. is 20013486086. It is a salary account.

5. On 16th Aug 2010. I used my ATM Card at ATA Main Fairly Place, N. S. Road at 0924 hrs and WITHDREW RS. 2,000/-
(Rupees Two Thosand Only). I have a supporting recipt for the same. the reciept no is 7561. dated 16/08/2010.the balance
amount in my account was indicating as Rs. 33,445/- only.

6. At 0957 hrs i wanted to withdraw an additional amount, but was denied access to my account indicating.Sorry, unable to
process. This was at N.S. Road, Main Branh ATM.

7. I immediately went to the bank and informed my problem. To my horror, I was informed that an amount of Rs. 33,000/-(Rupees
Thirty Three Thousand only) has been withdrawn on the same day after my transaction of initial Rs. 2,000/-.

8. On updating the passbook the withdrawal was indicated.

9. I imediately informed the bank by a letter to the bank Manager. N. S. Road. Kolkata-700001, the same time.

10. The letter was accpted and I was told to come in the evening at 1600hrs for verification from head office Ballygunj Kolkata
nor then from Mumbai, but nothing happened.

11. I also lodged a FIR with police station Hare Street, Kolkata. The same was accepted and the signed copy is available with me.

12. Sir , I am a very poor and handicaped person with lot of liability and requirements. I am being made to run from pillar to post
and am not provided with any satisfactory answer. I beliene thst the time and the ATM from which the money is withdrawn is
recorded and available in the camera provided at all ATM'S.

13. I kindly request you to grab the culprit, reverse the amount withdrawn from my account and inform police about the culprits.

14. Sir, let all hands join in helping for my cause and getting back my hard earned money, which otherwise would hamper my and
my family's living and day to day running of expenses.

15. Awaiting for a very promt and positve action from your side, so that I do get justice at the earliest and that too when I am not
at fault.
