This is to inform you that I am having my S/B Account at IDBI Bank Sushant lok 1, Account no. 171104000009737. I have been issued ATM Card by Bank and number of this ATM card is 4587771710400119.

That on 3.12.2011 I have used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 1000.00 from SBI ATM and as mentioned in subject matter.
That on 9th Dec. 2011 I came to know that on 3-12-2011 somebody has fraudulently withdrawn Rs. 10000.00 from my account at said mini statement
Please help to register my complaint& help me recover my lost earn money
