Hello Sir

On 01/11/2011 at around 9 pm I made a transaction of Rupees 9000 from ATM ID- S10B100094012 (Bhilwara, Rajasthan) but unfortunately got only 8000 Rs. I lodged a complaint in the branch I am holding at.
After 1 week I got communicated by concern person that their centralized system says they haven't got any excess in there balance and rejected my plea. please look into the matter ASAP.
